Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 August 2026 · Version 2.0
Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Comera Group website (the "site"). The site is operated by Comera Group Limited (the "Group"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06340829), registered office Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol, BS8 1HP.
By accessing or using the site you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please read the Terms together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
These Terms cover your use of the website. They are not terms of engagement — if you engage any Group company for training, clearance, security, intelligence, energy, human-performance or any other services, that work is governed by a separate written agreement with the relevant company.
Using our website
You may use the site only for lawful purposes — to learn about the Group and its businesses and to get in touch. You must not:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, any content on it, its server or any connected infrastructure, or disrupt it (for example by introducing malware or attempting to overload it);
- submit false or misleading information, or use our forms to send spam or unsolicited content;
- copy, extract or re-use content from the site except as permitted below.
Information only — not advice
The content on this site is general information about the Group, its companies, brands and programmes. It is not safety, security, operational, medical, financial or legal advice and must not be relied on as such. Operations in fragile or hostile environments, explosive ordnance disposal and clearance are safety-critical activities: nothing on this site is a substitute for a formal engagement, a site-specific assessment, or accredited training delivered by qualified personnel. Course content, availability and accreditations listed on the site are for general information, are subject to change and will be confirmed at the point of booking or engagement.
References to the Group's structure, performance or growth are general information only. Nothing on this site is, or should be read as, an offer or invitation to acquire shares or any other investment, or as investment advice.
Trademarks, intellectual property and use of content
This site and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of England and Wales and/or other jurisdictions. The Group and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
SAFHEE® is a registered trademark of Comera Risk Ltd. The content, design, branding, logos and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to the Group and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not use the SAFHEE® mark or any other trade marks without permission, either alone or in combination with other words or design elements, including in any press release, advertisement, or other promotional or marketing material or media, whether in written, oral, electronic, visual or any other form.
You may view, copy, print, and distribute (but not modify) the content on the site; provided that (i) such use is for informational, non-commercial purposes only, and (ii) any copy of the content that you make must include the copyright notice or other attribution associated with the content.
You are not authorised to copy or use any software, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in the site.
Links to other sites
Certain links on the site may lead to websites, resources or tools maintained by third parties over whom we have no control, including, without limitation, those maintained by other entities linked to the Group or individual personnel of such entities. Without limiting any of the foregoing, we make no express or implied representations or warranties whatsoever regarding such websites, resources and tools, and links to any such websites, resources and tools should not be construed as an endorsement of them or their content by us.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Our liability
This website is provided as is, and the Group makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding it. Without limiting the foregoing, the Group does not warrant that the site will be secure, error-free, free from viruses or malicious code, or will meet any particular criteria of performance or quality. The Group expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.
Your use of the site is at your own risk and you assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your usage, including, without limitation, with respect to loss of service or data. The Group will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or any other damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, statute, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), or otherwise, relating to or arising out of the use of this website, even if the Group knew, or should have known, of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on any content on it, including any indirect or consequential loss.
The above disclaimers and limitations of liability shall be applicable not only to us but also to each other entity within the Group and to our and their respective personnel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and applies to your use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any portion of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then (i) in that jurisdiction it shall be re-construed to the maximum effect permitted by law in order to effect its intent as nearly as possible, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect, and (ii) in every other jurisdiction, all of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
