WORKING WITH COMERA

We're a multi-disciplinary consultancy, operating in the health, wellbeing, energy, security and financial services sectors. Our goal is to act as a single hub of knowledge and experience for our clients.

 

We're passionate about what we do and have chosen the areas that we work in based on their positive impact on people's lives, whether we're helping people to stay healthy, be more sustainable or manage their finance.

 

We're defined by our openness to challenge and strong team ethic. Our offices are all open plan so, if you need to talk with anyone from the board of directors to HR, its easy to do so.

 

A VALUES-DRIVEN CULTURE

We have four ​key values that govern everything we do, whether we're working with clients, suppliers or each other:

PEOPLE

We understand that our people are at the heart of what we do, and we make it a priority to look after them. We give our employees 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays and employ a flexi-time policy to help our people achieve work-life balance. We also finish at 3pm every Friday, allowing you some extra time to enjoy the weekend, and organise regular staff activities.

SOCIAL

RESPONSIBILITY

We run charity events throughout the year and are currently working with The Grand Appeal to support sick children across the Westcountry. We also look after the planet.

 

We run cycle to work and recycling schemes and actively seek ways to make our office and our business greener (we're in the clean energy sector after all!)

 

COMMITMENT

We repay our employees' commitment by committing to their wellbeing at work. We continually seek feedback from our staff and find ways to improve their experience of working at Comera. Recently this has included the rollout of a new "Reward Gateway" where our employees can get discounts from leading high street brands and the introduction of premium eyecare vouchers for employees.

QUALITY

Our commitment to quality means giving employees the tools they need to perform at their best and build their skills. We host in-house training throughout the year and support our employees with professional training and qualifications. We also reward quality work through performance recognition schemes which are tailored to each role.
