Will Cogley Rows The Atlantic

Updated: Jan 4

At Comera, we believe in going the extra mile for the community. This Christmas, our Managing Director Will Cogley will be going more than 3,000. As part of team Force Genesis, Will is taking part in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, rowing across the Atlantic in aid of Devon Free Wheelers, a volunteer blood bike service who support the NHS in getting blood where it is most needed.

The challenge will take Will from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua in the Caribbean and is said to be one of the most challenging rows in the world. Rowers face waves of up to 20ft and burn in excess of 5,000 calories per day over the course of 40-90 days.

We wish Will the best of luck on his Atlantic adventure and, if you’d like to donate, you can do so here. The race starts at 10:30 on Saturday 12th December. Yo
