At Comera, we’re always on the lookout for better ways of doing things and, in responding to COVID-19, we think we’ve found one.
Since last April, the majority of our staff have been working from home, and we’ve found that this change has made them happier and more productive. The research backs us up. Working from home has empowered our employees to take control of their working day and enabled them to achieve a work-life balance that was not possible before. For example, one of our employees has taken the step to relocate to Guernsey, while continuing to work at Comera.
In light of this, we’ve decided to make the change permanent. From 19th March, we will be saying goodbye to The Quorum and move into new flexible office space at Origin Workspace in Berkeley square. Just feet away from Brandon Hill, these offices provide a beautiful space for our clients to meet with us and for those of our staff who cannot work from home.
We’re extremely positive about this decision, which represents yet another way that COVID-19 has pushed us to explore better ways of delivering for our clients. If you’d like to read about some of the other ways that we’ve supported our clients through lockdown, you can do so here.
